Over the last couple of years, PSL Training has been privileged to witness the unfolding of this amazing journey NDS Chefs Academy has embarked on.

Ndikhoya Dinaledi Services PTY (LTD) alias NDS Chefs Academy is a dynamic private company, established in January 2013, that pursues business opportunities in different industries within South Africa. More so, and not limited to opportunities in the following industries: Hospitality and Tourism, Education and Training sector and Agriculture.

Our primary focus is Education and training specifically in Hospitality and Tourism. NDS Chefs Academy is the first of its kind in the Vaal region. 

 

Situated on our Maccavlei Campus, NDS Chefs Academy’s target market is:

 

  • Students, interested in pursuing a career in the Hospitality and Tourism industry.
  • Bridging the gap of knowledge in the field of hospitality between the grade 12 school leaver and first-year level of tertiary education.
  • People who want to enhance their skills and knowledge in the different specialist areas of Hospitality Management (i.e. food preparation, confectionery, table arrangement, administration and general management, quality control, budgeting and costing etc.)
  • Small companies seeking to provide training for leadership/ internships targeting students at the final level of their university studies as well as school leavers to address skill development.
  • Employees of foodservice outlets (i.e. restaurants, cafes and bars, cafeterias, hotels, guest houses, etc.).
  • Individuals in need of basic life skills.
